Oh sure, the cool people go to South By Southwest. Where famous people go to be famous and not famous people go in hopes of getting famous.
However, for those of us stuck on the couch there is a festival just for us.
Couch by Couchwest is rockin’ the internets for the third year in a row this year. And in fine style the first act this morning, Two Mule Blues from Utah, followed up their ‘explosive’ act from last year with an even more stunning show (triple explosions and a completely demolished couch, as well as terrified bovines). The hits are sure to keep coming, from both well known pros (last year featured Ray Wiley Hubbard and Gretchen Peters, among others) and those of use toiling in obscurity. Yours truly has submitted a video, but I wont post it here until either CXCW has or the festival is over at the end of the week.
